Why do you practice?As a person who has lived with anxiety for much of my life, meditation finally brought the peace I needed to enjoy life, and many tools for me to figure out how to have a loving relationship with myself. It has already brought me so many benefits, and I can't imagine ever giving up this practice.
How do you practice?Connect with my senses, body scan, connect with my breath, awareness of thoughts and sensations, letting go of thoughts and sensations with compassion, labeling.
