I became aware of Buddhism and began meditating in 2011. I mainly practiced in the Soto Zen tradition. Around 2014, I discovered the Theravada tradition, which I have aligned myself with. I will be exploring monasteries soon and considering if I want to ordain. More

Looking for a happiness not dependent on external circumstances. 

Current goal: enter the first jhana
Next goals (in order): solidify the first jhana, stream entry
How do you practice?
I do concentration meditation focusing on the breath at the nostril. I am working on learning jhana meditation. 

Throughout the day I do micro sessions of concentration meditation.
