Why do you practice?
Started meditating 3 years ago to deal with huge moment-to-moment and accumulated stress of playing online poker professionally. Developed a stable 2-3 hours a day practice since.

I am very interested in the workings of animal consciousness, meditation is one of the best tools we have so far to explore it.
How do you practice?
Last few months trained in the Ajaan Lee's Method 2 (seven steps). Now learning Basic Mindfulness System by Shinzen Young.
