Why do you practice?
I practice meditation to clear my mind and lessen my anxiety for the day so I can accomplish all the things I need to get done. It helps me focus on my goals for the day and also have a clear mind to think about more long-term goals. Meditation helps me keep everything on track including thoughts about my pregnancy/baby, my work ethic and what I want from my life as well as what life wants from me. 
How do you practice?
Sometimes guided, seated meditation. Sometimes writing out the thoughts in my head. Sometimes yoga.
