Why do you practice?
I have suffered with anxiety/mild depression most of my adult life, meditation keeps me grounded.
How do you practice?
I don't follow a particular 'style' so to speak; I tend to contemplate, use mindfulness and use deep breathing relaxation techniques a lot....would love to get into yoga properly.  I use my 'sit' to just 'be' and process, contemplate and focus on my issues, problems, mantras that day....I really need to get into a daily routine of this.  Hence me joining the site :-)
