What do you practice?
30 min seated breath 6.30 am
1 hour Yogasana at 8am (5 days a week)
One round Jappa followed by 10 mins Metta just before Lunch
1 hour Yogasana at 6pm (5 days a week)
One round Jappa followed by 10 mins Metta just before Bed
