Why do you practice?
I practice for several reasons. I started practicing in order to help myself settle down and lead a more sane life. Now, I am moving towards practicing to help others although I do not know how this will manifest. 
How do you practice?
I practice and study in the morning a general mindfulness, samatha/vipassana practice with contemplation meditation most of the time. In the afternoon and bedtime I do a couple shorter mindfulness, samatha practices.
