Clarity, focus, to face pain and anxiety and let it be.
What do you practice?
I was doing one 20 minute session early morning, and then a 30 minute session in the evening but this has fallen away a bit at the moment. I try to be mindful as often as possible in the day.

Sat on 6 days this month, totalling 2 hours practice. (6 entries total)
