Hi, I'm Ely. I just graduated from High School and I am new to meditation. I wanted to start meditating because of high stress levels due to family issues, and I have been amazed by all of the emotional, physical, and social benefits of meditations. Why do you practice?
I have started practicing meditation because I suffer from high anxiety and depression as well as high stress levels because of family issues(as started previously). From what I've read, while meditation does affect different people in different ways, it helps a lot with these mental and physical aspects of life.
What do you practice?
As a beginner, I don't exactly know yet what my practice would/should be. I'll get back to you on that.
