Why do you practice?
When I learnt about meditation it was very much a case of 'where have you been all my life?'. It seems to me to be the obvious thing to do. I kept practicing because it brought clarity, openness, grounding, connection and compassion and other things for which words are inadequate. I still practice because there's no going back from that.
