I meditate with the knowledge that I will log my experience here. This causes my mind to spontaneously suggest comments about my current session.It went better than yesterday. I was able to focus on my breath for longer moments. And, I feel somewhat refreshed and ready for my afternoon at work.

I was pretty distracted today. I meditated right after breakfast and big cup of coffee so I started shaking towards the end. I also saw purple again, but this time I was better at just seeing it and not getting carried away staring at it. 11 minutes went by quickly. Tomorrow I'll try 12!

Really interesting sit tonight. Started with vipassana noting, but allowed myself to linger and investigate when the feeling moved me. Lots of vibratory sensations, and one very "near bliss" experience. Then suddenly was back to noting without thinking of it.
