20 minute meditation journal

I came home from work and sat down for 20mins of anapanasati. I found it difficult to concentrate on the breath. It took the first 7 or 8 mins to settle down and then I was able to maintain awareness of the breath going in and out of my nostrils. I smiled slightly to increase the odds of piti arising, which never did, though when the bell went off I felt much more relaxed.
