Morning sit. Poor concentration after not very much sleep. big painful knot in my chest, just trying to breathe into it because I notice I keep holding my breath to try not to feel.

And that doesn't really work does it? Just feels restrictive. In some sits I have had to remind myself that I can slip and deepen my breath. The body can forget and go back to breathing as it did back in years gone when the threat was current.
