Hard to believe it is July already. I knew the summer would fly by. My meditation practice is going well. I am on a 55 day streak (I just forget to log it in on this site). I have started a hard copy meditation notebook to log in my meditations there. I do like the online format and will try to incorporate it again. I have been meditating for 25 minutes in the morning. I get up early, 5am and sit first which works out very well for me. I find it's best I meditate before I get going with the day's activities.
