50 minute meditation journal

This is my first entry. See my profile for more info, but this is day 143 of consecutive hour long sits. 

Reached my cutting edge very quickly today. This is a state where things are quite hectic. It's a barrage of sensations. They are too fast, no nondescript to note. I tried noting "piti, piti" and nonsense syllables. I tried just sitting with the feeling with attention not on anything in particular. Open awareness, noting the rising and falling of the abdomen with the breath and piti like sensations throughout the head and body. 

Pretty much stayed in varying degrees of this state for the entire sit. The depth and focus shifted and moved back and forth a bit, but nothing new, didn't seem to break through this stage.
