30 minute meditation journal

Evening sit.
I was 5 minutes into sitting with the same stuff and was raw and trembling like a leaf when two friends messaged me one after the other to ask how I was doing. At first I was in too much pain to reply but then I did, and I was so glad for the support!! Thank you again, if you read this! after writing about the sit with them I felt very different, no longer drowning, but all my feelings had gone into my body with a massive solid tension across my shoulders and right arm. I sat with just the sensations, watching them, with no thoughts, or judgements. Then I put all my energy into all the parts of me that were not that tension, and it all flowed and immediately most of the tension just dissolved, apart from a little in my right shoulder and arm. Then I focused on these.  It went nearly completely and I felt much much better!
