Morning sit. Went straight back to bed afterwards to try to sleep off a migraine instead of doing my planned New Years Day sea plunge. A sensible decision. Glad that I got up for the sit though because it was a useful one.

Thank you. It has eased but given how it usually goes it may be back with renewed for tomorrow. They tend to take 3 days nowadays to really go.
