For the first time in ages ended up spending part of my 'sit' doing a bit of yoga. I was standing intending to bow but found myself instead chanting the Verse of Atonement in my head and then on my first bow found myself in a yoga pose. Staying there for a while and it seems to loosen some tension that I hadn't know was there. Several more yoga poses followed, just with some kind of natural flow. All very gentle. Then when they were done I could sit 'normally'.
