Mind wandering but not as difficult as my last two sittings. I didn't have the feeling of wanting to stop my meditation. Feels like my ability to focus on my breath is not very strong. At other times I feel it's been much easier.
Very difficult session. Wanted to stop a few times. Very active mind trailing off into thought constantly.
Ahh more mind wandering...
