30 minutes of samatha
These days negative or disturbing thoughts keep resurfacing in my mind, this had made my mind really tired today. Luckily I listened to this short nice talk by Gil Fronsdal  before starting meditation. I realized that my meditation has become too thinking and mind oriented and I can use a lot of help from my body. I was very tired, so I told my self let's let the body do the meditation tonight, and it was very nice! It is difficult to describe but I was much more present and it all went very well. Again it reminded me of a line from one of his other talks: "Appreciate your thoughts but love your body!"

As the resurfacing is going on I need to practice loving kindness more.
