20 minutes of samatha

16 minutes of lying samatha

Improvement in concentration.
Things I have tried:
1- Don't let go of the thoughts, Let go of following the thoughts. This is much easier and less energy consuming.
2- Keep things very very very simple, just follow the breath closely for the next moment

I feel like I have a lot to write, but I have to sleep early.
