Another wonderful session. Getting increasingly lost in my breath rather than stuck in the muddiness of thought. It feels good. Didn't sleep a wink last night.

Nice but I hope you get some sleep soon. There is a limit to how long you can go without it - and I speak as someone who for some bizarre reason only slept 3-5 hours a night for a few years. Sleep deprivation is not good for the body. Take care of yourself please! :) xx

Thank you. Yes I slept very well the following night. Only 3-5 hours that is so little! I try to get 8 hours each night and am usually quite successful.

That's good. For whatever reason during those years that seemed to be all the sleep I needed. I woke full of energy and never got tired. I don't think it would have been good if it had lasted long term though
