No sleepy legs. I think I have found a pretty good posture that is allowing me to forget my body a little more. I am trying not to judge my sittings as Zen is beyond "good" and "bad." My sitting just was. The time goes by pretty fast, I am usually surprised when the 45 minute bell rings... already my mind says. It's a good feeling knowing that I could eventually sit longer as I would like to work towards that to really give my mind a chance to settle. I feel like I'm just at the tip of my mind settling when the timer dings.
