Like an amnesty on previously blocked thoughts, Passing through so fast. They feel much less personal than they ever did before and more like universal knots we tie ourselves up in.
Plus informal unplanned extra sittings during the night. Almost thoughtless. Felt like a softening up ready to let go of something else.
Sitting with sangha. I burst out in silent laughter at one point.
