I struggled quite a bit. My leg really hurt. I looked at the timer once and since there was only 7 mins or so left I didn't move my leg. I feel like recently I had made some progress in these regards but now it feels like its not there. I know I just have to keep trying. I will do some reading on how to handle pain. I also went back to meditating in the Zen style that I trained in- counting breaths 1-10. It was about the same concentration as when I was doing more of a vipassana style. My mind just seems to active and wander. It gets a bit frustrating when all I really want to do is focus on my breath.
