45 minute meditation journal

My leg didn't fall asleep and I sat how I usually do. This wandering mind though. I continually fix my posture and I'm wondering if its better for me not to do this during my meditation. It does feel good to be up early and meditating in the morning even though initially when my alarm goes off its hard to get up. I do enjoy my sittings, I just wish I had some specific guidance.
