Story of a Bird Man...

I was looking at the rain this morning; I live in a mobile home so when the weather is emphatic we feel it more - I was looking at the rain wondering what I could embrace in Nature today, and what I saw at that point was the rain, the rain that was cleaning everything, embracing my house, embracing ME, I felt myself wrapped in this rain...  it was an interesting visualization.  He was a bird keeper, created an aviary a BIG cage, several stories high, near the park, people requested that he'd let the public in, but he did not care to, a balding man, rubbed his forehead too often, thought will make you wrinkle, his glasses slide down his nose, gold-wire rimm, and he wore a white lab coat, better to remain neutral he said, in the bird's eyes.  He came in and out like the wind, very quietly filling  feeders, cleaning up, providing water, but mostly he came to look and listen, sitting at the bench, a stone bench, pushed up against the wall, the roof was glass, concave, you could see the forest outside, the clouds in the sky, he was content, with his birds, and wrote down his notes, sometimes, he brought an illustrator in, someone who assisted him in his research, there were two benches, and a spiral staircase that went UP in the middle of this large cage, they both would sit there, at times, as did the birds, she picked the feathers off the floor, to contemplate, and then do artwork, he didn't mind as long as she created him, as "assisted with..."
