30 minute meditation journal

Morning sit. MOB have stopped using a guided meditation and now using an mp3 which just has bells spaced every five minutes for the four stages. This is much better.


There comes a time when the instructions are not needed and the talking becomes a distraction rather than a support. Then silence (or whatever background noise you sit to, busy traffic in my case!) is more helpful.
