What do you do when you have to pee... ?

I had an interesting problem, as I sat and meditated.

I had to pee.  

However, part of what I am trying to do is strengthen my lower torso muscles, focusing on pulling them in as I sit and contemplate...
So I thought I would try to see if I could maintain until my time allotted for meditation (I do seven minutes and five seconds.).
I made it to 55 seconds.
Well, that's good.

Growing older is no fun, but ... I like the challenge of trying to fly, of letting the bough break and skipping across the rocks in the universal stream. I SO much want to travel. I want to go across the USA. However, I doubt that's going to happen any time soon. I'm thinking that THAT'S on my bucket list. If I survive my housemate, I'm going to pack it in, and travel west.
Anyway, that's part of the letting go... i.e., if you can't go somewhere in your physical reality, you CAN go, in your inner mental realm.  
I am working on learning how to let go of the past, stop kicking myself in the buttocks for past mistakes.  
My biggest problem has always been trying to be part of a group.
I'm just no good at that. I do best, on my own.
Breathing deep, letting go, let the universal stream take it all and recycle the YOU KNOW WHAT...
