I think I ate something which didn't sit well. Been stuck in the house all day. Felt reluctant to sit because of feeling Ill. Then it seemed like an opportunity to sit with myself while feeling under the weather. It was meaningful!
Getting the meditation practice online. Feels right to have taken a break for several months while traveling. I'll be sitting a retreat ...
Important sitting today, connecting with breath and body. Noticing the impermanence of sticky mental content and emotions.
