10 minutes of loving kindness/tonglen. Lots of shakes and sometimes sounds. I feel like there is a great ice block inside me keeping me cold.

30 minutes of sitting samatha. Sleepiness and poor concentration, on the bright side I was aware of the whole process.

Lots of lustful fantasies during the day. Actually I increased my meditation time to 30 minutes to get rid of them!
