30 minute meditation journal

Sat for 10 minutes today. Trying to focus on mindfulness today. Focused on how every part of my body was feeling. As well as focusing on my breathing. Today my Girl friend walked in on me and she was really okay with it. she thought it was a good thing Ive been meditating. definitely not what i expected. Other than that tomorrow I will try to sit for longer. 


Wonderful. It makes it easier if you have someone there who is happy about it, that will make it easier to fit into your day-to-day life
