11 minute meditation journal

I conquered my thoughts this evening and i pushed them aside like clouds passing by. I listened to a thunderstorm and focused on my breathing. I am living in the moment and I love every minute of it. When I was meditating I didn't have fear, anger or even question what I'm going to be doing tonight at work, i just focused on the moment I was in calm and I was learning Mindfulness.
