15 minutes of breath meditation.


Setting the intention:
Life is like walking in the woods, I live it like walking in the park. This practices helps me to keep being aware of what is really important in the present moment. I will keep and renew my intention of being aware of my breath sensations at the tip of my nose, all through the in breath, out breath, and in between.

How was the meditation?
Sleepiness, Lots of mind wandering and especially mental images with unbelievable details. Tried to comeback by noting what my eyes actually see.(Closed eyes just see the back of the eyelids!)
