It is about 2 months that I started meditation again, and in all my previous attempts to meditate I never kept on after 2 months. This time I want to keep on. I don't meditate much these days but I keep meditating no matter how little the meditation time is. It is like when you are reading a book and you get bored but you keep reading one word at a time and then all of a sudden you are again on the track reading at your normal speed. I want to break the 2 months barrier, let's see what happens this time.
