I made it quite clear for myself what I want to do in meditation, Better concentration this time.
Worries of "can I repeat this?", answered them with self compassion: It is natural to have these self judgments, but no need to worry, if the required conditions are present, I will repeat it, other wise not! That simple! No need to worry, but may be we can think about what were the required conditions. Most helpful: remember why you are practicing, and why it is important, and how important it is.
