Sitting breath meditation. Very very sleepy, I think it must because I slept 4 am last night. Almost no concentration. Good news: no sleepy legs. I need to make my sleep schedule more regular.
15 minutes lying breath meditation. After a few days of less practicing on mindfulness of the breath the concentration was weak.
10 minutes of lying breath meditation. Very bad day. I have nothing but hope. Thanks God.
