30 minutes of sitting breath meditation. 

Positive. In one of the audio files of The Magic of Mindfulness , Culadasa asks now "Do you know what the difference between having a thought and thinking is?" I think I got near to the answer. I should organize what I have learned from Culadasa in dairy entry. He is a very good meditation teacher.
