30  minutes of metta practice for strangers. Noticeably less self hatred. 

At times I felt I am wishing them well for real, I really wanted them to be free from suffering.
I also thought that we are all struggling in a way with dukkha. Somehow we can feel for each other.
And lots of us are trying or have tried at least sometimes to be better people. There is a basic goodness in all of us.
