10 minute meditation journal

This morning I used the app Headspace to guide my sit. As I am new to meditation, I am willing to try out apps and guided meditation until I feel "ready" to practice self guided meditation. I am also going to try to meditate at different times of the day, to see how this may effect the length of my sits. I enjoy taking time first thing in the morning as it allows me to prioritize tasks in my day and begin my day with intentions set. 


Guided meditations can be an easier way in. My mum used Headspace for about a year and found it really helpful. There may come a time when you find you don't need them and you prefer silence but you can use Headspace to help you build that sitting habit.
