20 minute meditation journal

Anapanasati. Good concentration, I meditated about an hour after waking up. 

I tried to find multiple different sensations on the tip of my nose but could only distinguish two or three when inhaling and one or two when exhaling. I'm trying to keep awareness on my surroundings while focused on the breath and relaxed; It's a lot to take in.
