Anapanasati. Average concentration throughout the sit. Lost the breath for maybe 4 seconds max.

First time starting with awareness of the present moment, then the body, then the breath through the body and finally settling on the breath at the tip of the nose.

Controlling expectations is important.

Or even having no expectations. Or being aware of having expectations and not getting too caught up in them  :)
