Morning zendo sit. Always a good way to start the work day, calm and space are there from the start and within that any thoughts bout work and actions that need to be taken arise without an sense of personal agenda. It makes it so much easier to deal with a very tricky job. Then when all that has settled and it feels like my mind/body knows what it is doing today, it is back to just space.
