Morning sit, I have had some difficulties focusing in my past sessions for like the past 2-3 months. I don't know what is going on, I think I have some deep nested stress inside of me. I think I just need to keep doing my daily sitting routine, but maybe change it up a bit. Change where I sit for instance would probably switch things up a little bit.


Worth trying.

Maybe though in time that stress  just needs to come to the surface and then be let go of - or at least some of the stories and emotions tied up with it?
