20 minute meditation journal

I was very anxious at work, I just put my head on my desk and meditated for about 20 minutes. For the most part I had a difficult time finding the present moment!

 When you find the present moment you find some kind of disconnect and irrelevance between what actually is and the behavior produced by fear.

 When I feel grounded in the present moment, I feel a kind of spaciousness in it, the fear and anxiety still exists but looks considerably smaller.
