20 minute meditation journal

I decided to make meditation the first thing that I do everyday, even if it makes me to be a little late at work.

Today I meditated for 20 minutes after I woke up. I wasn't as concentrated as yesterday, and my mind tended to wander a lot more. I think it is normal due to the sleepiness and the fact that it was my first meditation session of the day. 

I cringed every time my mind wandered to thinking about other people.
