20 minute meditation journal

Anapanasati. Focused on different body parts and spent the first 15 or so minutes doing this. I then tried to focus on my smile and happiness again but didn't get the same result as yesterday. Once again, it is demonstrated that trying and wanting don't get me anywhere, when it happens it happens, I can only prepare the conditions for it to happen.
