Actually 4 very short mini sits. A Scottish loch, bright sun, dark clouds, glistening light, wild raspberries, an atmospheric castle ruin + meditation = deep, joyous calm

Did 10 minutes of Metta meditation, and 30 minutes concentration. Was eager to achieve some state of bliss and focus, so obviously didn't succeed..

Stay up late. I want to have a 3 hour sleep. Doing a short session for vipassana, before sleep. Every sensations are like bubbles. After that I fall down to sleep. Sweet. Didn't feel tired at all today. Amazing.

Stopped trying to let go of tension, stress, thoughts. Just let them be, and returned focus to the breath. Realized how exhausted my body was, and went to bed immediately after sitting

Woke up coughing, and airways clogged up. Mind was wandering, and I couldn't focus very well. I could feel lot of the tension and mucus let go during the sit.
