Thanks Paul. The retreat venue is only about 8 miles from the centre so we take all the zafus, zabutons, food etc the day before then come home for the night. Somehow being there for that set up seems to get me in the retreat mood in advance.

Perhaps you could try a retreat sometime? You already sit more than most people who do retreats.
